Scope and aims

The Summer School will gather together leading scientists and excellent academics and students with interests in the overlap of quantum information science. The goal of this School is to present state of the art in the field, propose future directions, nurture collaboration, develop novel methods, pose new problems and discuss prospects for quantum information technology. Quantum tasks including quantum computing, quantum cryptography and quantum simulation are central themes of this event.

Special emphasis will be on applications to advances in pertinent areas of quantum phenomenology such as quantum sensing, quantum imaging, quantum metrology, quantum entanglement, quantum superposition, quantum tunneling, quantum interference, and quantum teleportation.
